Family Photos at Rock Ledge Ranch || The Tang Family

Last year, Heather chose to take her family photos at Rock Ledge ranch. As you can see, most of the leaves had fallen and the grass had already browned. However, Rock Ledge Ranch still had much beauty and many views to offer as a back drop. It’s that amazing Colorado beauty. It just never stops, does it?

I have a great admiration for large families and photographing this family of seven was a pure joy. I loved their bantering and playfulness with one another throughout the shoot. And I truly appreciate the amount of time it takes to get seven people dressed, groomed, and in the same place at the same time. Heather, I truly hope you found that all of your hard work was worth it once you saw your photos.

Thank you, thank you for giving me this amazing honor of capturing you all! I had a great time!

The Hull Families’ Surprise
I've been wanting to share these photos with you for a long time, but they were being given as a gift for Christmas and I was so afraid to jump the gun and ruin the surprise! I figured that if I wanted until a month after Christmas to post these, I'd be safe. I was so excited when Misty contact me and said that her brother- and sister-in-law would be in town for Thanksgiving and that they wanted to get a group photo to surprise the grandparents! If you've ever tried to do the "get everyone together for a photo" thing, you know that it's no easy task. Despite one reschedule and a couple of sick little ones, we pulled it off! I sure hope tha ...
The Dille Family [mini session]
The Dille Family participated in the Good Photo mini sessions in early August, and when these boys tumbled out of the car in their bright colors and AMAZING shoes, I was sure I'd never be able to stop taking photos of them. I'm so thankful that I got to meet the Dilles and spend a few moments capturing the unique personalities of each of their boys. Thank you, Dilles, for coming out to support the Carew and Neely families and for playing a role in getting those little ones home to their forever families!
The Snider Family
I met up with the Snider Family a couple of months ago in Black Forest for their family photos. When they arrived, Tori told me that they had never had family photos taken before. Can I just stop right here and tell you what an honor it was to take these photos for them? To be the first to capture the gift that they are to oneanother and the special bond of this particular family is not a job that I take lightly. Have I mentioned before that I just stinkin' love this job? (I have actually. Several times. I'll give a free session to the first person to tell me just how many times I've mentioned that. Seriously. I will. If you want to spend ...
