Celebrating 30 Years [a sibling anniversary surprise]
I love it when people give photos as gifts and I especially love it when I get to work with my clients to carry out a surprise. Vienna got in touch with me in March because she and her brother, Philip, wanted to do a photo session to surprise their parents for their 30th wedding anniversary. We had so much fun! It makes me so happy to see siblings who are still close friends even as adults. Vienna and Philip have the kid of relationship that I pray my kids will share when they are older! Joe & Mishaela’s Whispering Pines Engagement
Joe & Mishaela are planning a beautiful Colorado Springs wedding in June, but currently, Mishaela is in medical school (!!) in Denver. She told me that she loves pine trees and I began hunting for a good location where we could all meet half-way. After a little research, we settled on beautiful Whispering Pines park in Franktown, CO. I love shooting in new places and this location did not disappoint. What a beautiful backdrop for these two lovebirds who obviously a.d.o.r.e. each other! I loved the way that Joe made Mishaela laugh the whole time we were together. Mike & Meghan’s First Anniversary
When Meghan called me to schedule a photo shoot to capture her one-year wedding anniversary, I was so excited! I believe that the celebration of a couple's marriage should last FAR beyond the wedding day and that each year together truly should be honored.
