Hi. I’m Becky.
This is the part where I humble brag to you about the 10+ years of experience I have at this photography gig and the large numbers of families, people and events that have passed in front of my lens.
I could also tell you something silly like how much I love ripped-up jeans and fingernail polish and slow-but-steady-five-mile-runs.
But what I really want you to know is that - at one time - I dreamt of becoming a mother. And I started this little photography hustle to make that dream possible.
And you know what? This This life that I dreamt of is much harder than I expected it to be. Because raising humans to be clean and well fed and kind and thoughtful - well, it’s really, really hard.
But when I’m giving my kids a bath, I feel really strong and purposeful and joy-filled. And I often think, “I wish someone could witness this. Could see me doing hard work for my most cherished people. Could see me loving them so well.”
And mama, that’s what I promise to do for you.
To witness your life’s work.
To witness your love for your partner and your unique admiration for each child.
To witness all the small things that add up to the big things.
And then, I promise to reflect it all back to you, because my deepest desire is for you to witness it too.
